We found the Kubik Neo to be very easy to use. There is a nice smooth touch screen interface on its three inch LCD display. Not only can you listen to music, you can also watch videos on the move. You can use the Kubuic Neo as an ebook reader, a photo viewer, and a dictaphone as well, so it will fulfill multiple functions.

I wanted to buy the Kubik Edge for my kids but I bought the Kubik Neo (4Gb also 8Gb) instead. I amazed at the quality of this player, the screen quality is amazing especially when you’re watching vids. I love the fact it can play YouTube videos. I also have the Kubik Edge which I have been happy with for a long time now, but the Neo is a far superior player, from the quality of the sound to the screen quality. Plus its can do recording from the radio which the Kubik Edge cannot do. This is a serious player if your into your music and videos. Plus the player is so slim and light, you can hardly notice it in your pocket and the battery life is excellent.

I have used it over the weekend and once you get used to the touch screen it works great, I already have on it over 2,500 songs ripped at 320kbps. Even though it is shipped with half decent Creative earphones I have been using it with my Shure E3Cs and the combination sounds great, having a slight edge over my 8GB 2nd generation Nano. The jury is out on the X-fi enhancements, it definitely makes the music louder and brighter but not sure about better.
The half a dozen you tube clips I have put on the machine so far are surprisingly watchable and clear on the 3″ screen.
Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, and at 75g you can hardly feel it in a shirt pocket.
